SHIPPING -
Free shipping for all domestic orders.
Product are dispatched from our warehouse within 2-5 working days. The order will be delivered in 3-10 working days depending on the pincode.
EXCHANGE -
Size exchanges are free within 7 days of delivery. If the size you need is unavailable, we'll issue a credit voucher for future use. Additional size exchanges for the same product incur a Rs. 200 fee to cover processing expenses.
International orders are not eligible for exchange
Size exchange is subject to availability. Please share the package unboxing video for wrong product received.
RETURNS -
We have 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please ensure that the products you return are unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@paraverse.in. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by us.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
International orders are not eligible for return.
All orders will be refunded via gift cards, as payouts are currently on hold in compliance with RBI guidelines.
